- Define and Track maintenance work orders for all equipments
- Measure and create baselines for the Mean time to repair and mean time between failure for all equipments
- Have a Preventive Maintenance Plan based on the above
- Implement a Reliability based proactive maintenance based on critical Incidents
- Define Critical Parameters for condition monitoring
- Define Alerts for monitoring the Condition of equipments
- Generate daily / weekly and monthly condition monitoring reports
- Analyze the condition reports to generate the Preventive Maintenance Work orders
